Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Coree Ng for her clients.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICE
Third-party services include Proof of Fund Services, PCR Test, and Flight and Hotel Bookings. Our third-party services are those services we do not provide directly but outsource on behalf of our clients. Hence, we deliver based on their respective capacity. Once booked, funds are usually not refundable after commencement.
We collaborate and work with such providers who provide several services to make other services easy. The Company is simply an intermediary between you and the agencies. You agree that the Company shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or injury to you as a result of a breach of contract, act, or omission whether willful or negligent, criminal or otherwise of any third party including but not limited to these third-party service provider, their employees, agents, or representatives.
BOOKINGS AND DOCUMENTS
Bookings are only secured when you have made partial or full payment for the service. Do check all your information appropriately and let us know if there is a mistake. You shall take the costs and risks involved should you not make the necessary corrections.
PAYMENT
As the case may be, full payment is required before service is provided. Only pay the company’s corporate account. (COREE BUSINESS SUPPORT SERVICES)
PRICING
The prices given are based on the current request made and the exchange rate.
FLIGHT AND OTHER TRAVEL TIMINGS
We are not responsible for flight timing. It is your responsibility to make yourself available at the time stated by the airline. Changes made are at the discretion of the airline and we won’t be responsible for the cost.
TICKETS AND STOPOVERS
Airline tickets are usually non-refundable and non-transferable except if the airline permits otherwise. The company will not be liable for missing flights and not be responsible for airport transfers.
UNSCHEDULED EXTENSIONS
It is accepted that unscheduled extension costs will be taken up by you either as a result of bad weather or a canceled flight. CHANGES Changes are subject to third-party service providers. You are required to make payments involved in any of the changes.
It is our responsibility to provide you with the service and products that you have paid for. In the event that any changes arise, we will inform you and request your consent before making any changes to your booking.
GROUP PACKAGE
You cannot extend your travel dates without prior information from the company.
CANCELLATION BY YOU
All cancellations are subject to penalties imposed by the service provider. By making the payment for third-party services, you hereby accept & acknowledge liability for all cancellation fees imposed by the Company and the service provider.
AIRLINE AND HOTEL REFUND PROCEDURES
Refund processing time is not guaranteed and it is subject to the airlines.
COMPLAINTS
Every effort will be made to resolve every complaint. It is your responsibility to check the services quoted before payment. By paying, you acknowledge you are satisfied with the services and processes stated.
PASSPORTS, VISAS, AND HEALTH
The Company does not guarantee visa issuance as it is at the discretion of the consular. The company shall not be held liable for visa refusal or delay in the customer’s visa and accordingly shall not be held liable to refund the visa fee or any fee paid towards visa processing assistance/support provided by the Company.
EVENTS
You shall verify all third-party events. In the case of booking, payment shall not be refundable as it deems fit by the service provider.
MODIFICATION
The Terms and Conditions may be amended or modified by the Company at any time without notice. It is therefore your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the Terms and Conditions to know what is applicable prior to making each and every payment and booking.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with Nigerian law and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts. Any claim or dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement or the breach thereof shall in the first instance be attempted to be settled amicably by the Parties by way of direct negotiation.
If the dispute, difference, or claim is not settled amicably within 30 (thirty) days, the dispute shall be referred to a single Arbitrator agreed to or appointed by the Parties.
ACCEPTANCE
By paying the initial deposit for this service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions which will be binding on both parties.
